- In una padella aggiungere olio per friggere e far scaldare.
- Con le mani fare tante piccole polpettine e metterle in pentola. Portare a cottura.
- Per le lasagne: Mettere uno strato di ragù in una teglia.
- Aggiungere poi uno strato di lasagna.
- Tagliare le mozzarelle a cubetti.
- Sbattere 4 uova.
- Sullo strato di lasagna mettere altro ragù, mozzarella a cubetti, qualche polpetta, la ricotta e una parte di uova sbattute.
- Fare questo per ogni strato tranne l’ultimo.
- Sull’ultimo strato aggiungere solamente il ragù e il parmigiano grattugiato.
- Coprire la teglia con carta argentata e infornare in forno preriscaldato. I tempi di cottura e la temperatura variano in base alle lasagne.
