  3. Cuocere la pasta al dente, scolarla e versarla nella stessa pentola aggiungere le polpettine, la ricotta, la provola tagliata a cubetti, il parmigiano e la salsa mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno per far amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti.
  4. Versare sul fondo di una pirofila la salsa, versare la pasta e ricoprire di salsa, parmigiano e foglie di basilico cuocere in forno a 180° per 40 minuti circa.
  5. Impiattare e servire.
